Details on How a Session Works

A reflexology session begins with a discussion about your overall well-being and any symptoms you may be experiencing. Afterward, you’ll settle into a comfortable massage chair, fully clothed, with only the parts of your body being treated exposed (feet, hands, face, ears).
The treatment is performed using natural, organic plant-based oils.

Duration of a session

The first session takes about 1 hour and 15 minutes, and subsequent sessions take about 1 hour.

Frequency

As a preventive measure, it is recommended to schedule one or two treatments at the start of each season to support the transition that occurs during this time and to strengthen the body’s self-regulatory processes.
For recent acute conditions, 3 to 5 treatments over a period of a few weeks are generally sufficient to achieve improvement.
For chronic conditions, several sessions in quick succession followed by medium- to long-term follow-up may be necessary.
Every person is different, so the number of sessions always varies depending on the condition, its chronicity, and the body’s ability to self-regulate. We therefore work together to adjust the frequency of sessions as improvements are achieved.

Contraindications and Precautions

Foot reflexology is not recommended if you have a serious circulatory disorder (such as phlebitis or arteritis) or an injury to the affected area (e.g., a recent sprain or fracture). In these cases, a tailored session may be offered using different techniques (hand, ear, or facial reflexology).
Special precautions are taken for pregnant women, children, the elderly, or people taking medication.

Tarifs

Single Session
In-office session: 300 DH
A 50 DH travel surcharge applies for in-home sessions (for the areas of Essaouira city, Douar Laraab, and Ghazoua). For other municipalities, please contact me.

Follow-up package
“Rebalancing Follow-Up” Package (6 sessions over a maximum of 6 months): 1,500 DH
A travel surcharge will be added to the package price if the sessions take place at the client’s home.

Solidarity pricing
A subsidized rate of 150 DH per session is available for people with low incomes.
The discount is granted upon presentation of proof of eligibility (student ID, unemployment certificate, AMO Tadamon beneficiary status, or municipal certificate of low income).

Payment can be made in cash, by Moroccan check, or via instant transfer.
